A pale yellow colour with silver highlights. A nose with aromas of white-fleshed fruit: pear, quince, apple and a few notes of exotic fruit. A fresh, mineral attack on the palate, followed by a delicate flavour of white fruit. The finish is salivating, with notes of tangy sweets.

Growing method : The vines are managed using sustainable methods. Depending on the vintage, our team of grape-pickers may make a first pass beforehand to remove any unwanted bunches.
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured for 6 months before bottling.
Wine and food pairing : A gastronomic wine that will be delicious with white fish (such as cod), fine seafood (langoustines, lobster) or dry Touraine goat's cheese.
