Aure
Roselyne again for this blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, bled and pressed directly to produce a delicate rosé, combining well-controlled fruitiness and a hint of spice.
Second Rôle
A reflection of the very best that Provence has to offer, with the region's king grape variety, Rolle. It was made in collaboration with Roselyne Gavoty, an outstanding winemaker. No barrels are used here, and the wine is made on the lees to give it a lively, fresh character.
Garance
This powerful Crozes-Hermitage was made by Yves Cuilleron, one of the great masters of the appellation. A real nugget!

La Réserve du Sommelier offers you an exclusive selection of wines produced in collaboration with exceptional winegrowers. These producers are true ambassadors for their terroirs, and each cuvée reflects their expertise and passion.
Origins
Along the way, I've been lucky enough to discover many vineyards in the four corners of the world. These include the Guadalupe Valley in Mexico's Baja California, the vineyards of Northern Macedonia - the birthplace of Alexander the Great - and those of the Rhône Valley, where I had the opportunity to develop an estate at international level. I've also had the honour of working with some of the world's greatest winegrowers, particularly during my time as a sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants.

They create wines that are true masterpieces, respectful of their terroirs, and I'm delighted to be able to work with them. Each cru is rigorously selected, and fully expresses the typicity of its wine-growing region.
